项目集是链接组织战略和商业结果之间的关键连接，很多组织通过项目集的实施实现其战略目标。尽管项目集管理实践紧跟着项目管理的步伐而不断发展，但是项目集管理的难点依然深深困扰着人们，有许多因素可能导致项目集执行失败：项目集管理方面的知识差距，不同组织和行业对项目集定义的差异，缺乏标准化方法。关于项目集管理话题，鲜少有出版的书籍。由PMI出品的《项目集管理实践指南》这本书首次提供了一种标准化的项目集管理方法，引导读者了解有效项目集管理的所有关键组成部分，并促进弥合和消除组织和行业中存在的知识差距和差异。我们很荣幸邀请该书的作者艾琳与我们分享她的书籍内容。
